Green Smoothie Recipe: My All Time Favorite, Banana and Spinach, Kids Friendly
Banana Spinach Green Smoothie
Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
- 2-3 Bananas roughly chopped
- 1 Handful Spinach washed, roughly chopped
- 1-2 Dates (Optional as per taste. Must be soaked for 4 hours and de-seeded OR add date puree to taste)
- 1/2 cup water or as required for consistency
Instructions
- Add everything in a blender with half a cup of water and make a smooth paste.
- Check consistency and add more water or ice and blend again till desired consistency is reached.
Notes
- You may or may not need to use the dates. This will depend on your taste buds and how ripe and sweet the fruits are.
- Make sure to remove the seeds from the dates before adding them to the blender.
