No Blender Raw Vegan Soup
While curating recipe for this series of RAW VEGAN SOUPS, I wanted to have an option that is easy, instant and does not need a blender. This soup is super healthy, vibrant and very easy to make. No blending required, just mix all ingredients as explained!
Instant Raw Vegan Soup
Ingredients
For soup base
- 1.5 tsp miso paste
- 2 tsp organic soy sauce
- 2 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp date puree
- 1.5 cup warm or cold water
Vegetables to be added to the soup base
- 1/4 cup finely diced tomatoes de-seeded
- 1/4 cup finely diced carrots
- 1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely diced yellow bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely diced zucchini
Instructions
- In a bowl, add all broth ingredients except water and mix well.
- Then add the water.
- Now add all vegetables.
- The soup is ready to be served. Make sure to use the right temperature of water. (Warm water if you want to enjoy in cold weather and cold water if you are having in summers.)
- It is very vibrant and lively, and does not need any garnish.
