red bell pepper

meat from tender coconut or grated coconut

roasted sesame seeds

tamarind pulp

soaked dates
or date puree to taste

garlic
roughly chopped

small onion
roughly chopped

cumin powder

coriander powder
Salt
to taste
chilli powder
to taste
Instructions
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. You won’t need to add water as there is enough water in bell pepper and tamarind pulp.
The dressing is ready. You can have this with any salad of your choice.
