Red Pepper Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large red bell pepper diced
  • 1/3 cup meat from tender coconut or grated coconut
  • 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp tamarind pulp  
  • 2 soaked dates or date puree to taste
  • 2-3 cloves garlic roughly chopped
  • 1/2 small onion roughly chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • chilli powder to taste

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. You won’t need to add water as there is enough water in bell pepper and tamarind pulp.
  • The dressing is ready. You can have this with any salad of your choice.
