Ingredients

grated carrots

thinly sliced kale leaves (stem removed) or baby spinach

grated zucchini

thin sliced onions
Instructions
add everything in a large bowl,
then add generous amount of dressing,
mix well and keep in refrigerator for marination.
Can be consumed immediately but best to have after 2-3 hours
