Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1 cup thinly sliced kale leaves (stem removed) or baby spinach
  • 1 cup grated zucchini
  • 1 cup thin sliced onions

Instructions
 

  • add everything in a large bowl,
  • then add generous amount of dressing,
  • mix well and keep in refrigerator for marination.
  • Can be consumed immediately but best to have after 2-3 hours
